FIVE FOR FRIDAY
FIVE FOR FRIDAY.
Totally Tigers

Spring training games have just started and while it is still too early to make decisions about any of the players, there are certainly some interesting performances to watch.
And it’s not just the prospects and newest members we are watching. There are also players who have worn the Olde English D for awhile who are no longer slam dunks to make the Opening Day roster.
So who makes the list for the most intriguing players to watch right now? I’ve got my top 5 list…….

The following changes have been made to the Spring Training broadcast schedule: 3/2 vs. PIT – Game will now air on 1270 AM3/17 vs. BAL – Game will now air on 97.1 FM3/20 at MIN – Game will now be televised by Bally Sports Detroit (simulcast of Bally Sports North broadcast)

As PoBO Scott Harris and all his new hires officially move into their 2nd year of running the team, we are starting to see signs that the team is on the right course to improving. Prospects are pleasantly starting to surprise us, stats are improving, the holes are starting to be filled and the farm system is now ranked #5.
But there is still a long way to go and questions remain about the starting rotation, infield positions and offense. The team is still very much a work in progress.
So how do you feel at this point? Now that we’ve had the chance to experience Scott Harris’ work for a full year and gained the ability to compare the work of the former and current Front Offices, have your opinions changed?
Are you feeling the same, pessimistic or more hopeful than last year as the team prepares for the 2024 season?

How are you feeling about the state of the Tigers as they prepare for the 2024 season?

1. More optimistic.

2. The same as last year.

3. More pessimistic.
