credit is given to the hitting coaches for all of the players that have improved after they "tweak" their swing and approach. Maybe they deserve some blame when they tinker with a player and they get worse.

If you're talking about Baez, I don't think Cobb or Ted Williams can help him. Hope I'm wrong because there are 4 years left on this contract.
