A totally unacceptable hitting performance tonight and Garcia better not be starting tomorrow.The Tiger organization is clueless for playing him as a starter.. He is so over matched at the plate..

already prepared myself weeks ago for this possibility. it should really come as no surprise it's been an issue all year.. I honestly would not be surprised if we blow this, nor would I be surprised if we win the whole damn thing. LOL.. either way.. the Lions still suck..

good point made on post game just now, Anderson falls off the mound after he delivers, we took advantage of that back in Sep by bunting a lot (successfully) why did they not try doing that again tonight at least once or twice? opportunity lost, blue eye or brown eye tomorrow we'll still need runs.

Dirks at bat was a real bad at bat... Anderson was a tad rattled after the Crisp catch and we had runners on first and second and one out and Andy swings at he freaking first pitch.. we had a real shot at getting the run back.. First it is going to be hard for the lefty Dirks to square up one of Anderson pitches.. Take a pitch and then like you said try and make something happen.. Dirks is a decent bunter... put some damn pressure on Anderson.. instead he swings at the first pitch...

One freaking time I would like to see out offense explode and bat like 8-10 guys in a inning.. Bu with our luck we would and only score 3 or 4 runs instead of 7...LOL

We had to have a RH bat, and Garcia was not any worse then everyone else today.
