Season on line, Fister ready for crucial Game 4 start.
Righty tasked with extending ALDS to fifth game back in Oakland.
from the Tigers official site

It?s the same lineup as yesterday. For all the speculation about whether Jhonny Peralta would start at shortstop, this is NOT the game to do it, not behind Doug Fister. He owns the fourth-highest groundball-flyball ratio in the league.
All the numbers off Straily are from August except for Torii Hunter, who faced him before that with the Angels.

Leyland leaves open possibility of using Scherzer in relief.

They obviously need to win but they need to win AND get out of this offensive funk. Winning 1-0 would be great because they would force a game 5 but it doesn't solve the root of all of their problems....NO OFFENSE!!

My hope....8-3 Tigers Victory!!!

Tigers are winning the next two, you know why? Because I said so, I'm going to make it so.

No hope left for today, personally (im a very pessimistic person).

Ill be watching 30 Rock and checking in after the game. Less stress involved if we lose, and a pleasant surprise for tonight if we win.

Really? Missing an opportunity to see them tie the series?

well, i dont have tv or anything anways. id just be keeping track of the game on gameday and getting super stressed out every time they had a scoreless inning (which will probably be a lot)

Iphone? If so, you can watch a single-camera feed if you've paid the $15 for radio and video highlights.

im gonna be honest, i prefer listening to watching unless im at the game, and especially if im stuck with the TBS announcers. i grew up in wisconsin listening to games via 590 across the lake, and i still like listening better than watching.

i might listen to the game on my phone since i did buy the app, but ill probably just spend time with my fiancee instead.

I grew up listening to Tigers games on a fuzzy AM raido. Although it was Ernie Harwell I much prefer to sit in my man cave, watch on my 60" HD TV with unlimited Beer and snacks. I much better experience IMO.

At least listen to it....we will have to take part of your Tiger's man card away if you don't!

how do you watch Tigers games?

i dont. i usually listen and/or keep track of mlb gameday.

i dont even bother to find streams because i cant STAND rod allen whatsoever, and i dont like trying to match up the radio and tv streams.

Try the single-camera-feed option. Kinda different.

understandable but 30 rock? really, meeeeeh, I'm going to watch every pitch of every inning but try my best not to read this board and post during the game because that distracts from me being able to make it so.

i hadnt watched it before, im partway through season 1 and i like it so far.

i might give it a try, i didnt know at-bat had that feature.

I found it by accident and I like it. Real-time, no replays, but the drawback is the one camera. You can opt for the quad-split, but you get four postage-stamp-sized images.
