Since the Detroit Tigers picked up second baseman Omar Infante in a trade, the lineup has stayed the same from day to day.
But with left-hander Brett Cecil on the mound for the Toronto Blue Jays this afternoon, there are some changes.
Infante, who bats ninth vs. right-handers, will bat second today. Ryan Raburn will start in left field and bat sixth, while Gerald Laird will start at catcher and bat ninth.
Doug Fister (4-7, 4.03 ERA) will start for the Tigers, who are trying to avoid a sweep. Fister is 0-2 with a 4.79 ERA in three starts against the Blue Jays.
Fister allowed a combined five earned runs in 22 innings pitched in his most recent three starts. He allowed 14 hits, walked three and struck out 22 in those three outings.
The Tigers do not have much history with Cecil (2-3, 5.82 ERA). The only Tigers hitters with more than three at-bats against Cecil are Jhonny Peralta (3-for-8) and Delmon Young (2-for-9).

You probably couldn't tell by the results, but the Blue Jays aren't even at full strength.
Yet, the Tigers need a win in Sunday's series finale to avoid their first sweep since late May.
The Blue Jays muscled their way past newcomer Anibal Sanchez and the Tigers on Saturday, after using one big inning in spoiling an otherwise OK effort from Rick Porcello on Friday. All in all, Toronto has risen - to 51-49, and just 3.5 games back of the wild card - despite missing some key players.
Two-time reigning home-run king Jose Bautista (wrist) and slugging catcher J.P. Arencibia (hand) are on the disabled list, along with multiple relievers and starting pitchers, Brandon Morrow among them.
Hasn't mattered, though, against the punchless Tigers, who've scored just four runs in two games - and are a shutout from setting a season-low for runs in a series.
It'll be up to a bevy of right-handers to get the Tigers going against Blue Jays lefty Brett Cecil (2-3, 5.82). Of course, they are struggling right-handers - including Jhonny Peralta (hitless since July 21), Ryan Raburn (homerless since May 15), Omar Infante (2-for-17 as a Tiger).
"Those right-handed hitters gotta do something," manager Jim Leyland said. "Simple."
Also against the lefty, Gerald Laird was to get his first start since July 21.
Alex Avila, while declaring himself healthy recently, hasn't looked like it at the plate. He's 0-for-6 in the series, and his average is down to .238. He has six homers and 27 RBIs, far cries from the numbers he put up last year when he was the American League's starting catcher in the All-Star Game.
He's caught the last six games, but will get an extended rest. Saturday's game was a day game, so he had all Saturday night and all of Sunday off, and Monday's game isn't till night time.
Leyland was asked Sunday if he's pleased with Avila's plate approach, to which he shot back:
"I'm not happy with the results. I am sure he's not either. I don't know what you want me to say. It's right there for everybody. You see what you see. I don't have to say anything."
Leyland did say this, addressing a topic that's been fodder for fans all season: Leyland doesn't believe his extensive use of Avila last season - he had several multiple-week stretches of not getting a day off, because of the early season injury to Victor Martinez - has been a reason for Avila's 2012 struggles.
"I don't think so," Leyland said. "First of all, he got four months to heal up. Second of all, he was doing pretty well last year when he was getting beaten up."
Avila dealt with a knee injury late last season and in the playoffs, and again this season.
An MRI this summer revealed no extensive damage to the left knee.
Doug Fister (4-7, 4.03) was to take the mound for the Tigers, who have lost four of five. Fister, though, has won three of four - finally righting the ship after early season side injuries threw him out of whack. He'll try to pitch the Tigers one victory in the series before they head later Sunday to Boston, where they open a three-game series Monday night.
After that, they return for a tough home stand, with three against the Indians and four against the Yankees. The Tigers are trying to climb back up the standings in the AL Central. They're 2.5 games behind the again-surging White Sox, who on Saturday also traded for pitcher Francisco Liriano.
