We need a wake up call, but firing someone wont make us any better, or solve any problems. As I stated in the Hudson thread, I'm against doing something just to do it.

The problem is we cant fire the guys are are really fucking up, the players.

And I just don't see firing DD or Leyland just to shake things up, that's been tried by teams for ages, it almost never works.

I feel your frustration though, but we need solutions.
