I wonder who the player or players are that are causing a problem in the clubhouse, or playing with less care of situation, could it be, Young, Fielder, Cabrera, Boesch, someone else, or No player,
and actually the team is tuning out Leyland and company.
If anyone knows that covers the Tigers it would have to be Jason Beck, and he isn't saying.

I think they are relaxed and they need a move that will wake their asses up.

I think its time to fire Leyland and staff, and see if a new crew can wake these players up.

I think it bothers them. the issue is they don't correct their flaws and they don't handle it properly. they just keep pressing making the same mistakes over and over again. They need to get pissed and use that emotion to focus and lock it in. They need to play with a chip on their shoulder and stop swinging at every gawdamn ball that that looks hittable before there are 2 strikes.. Miggy is no exception

i fucking hate this team. just got home from work and by looking at gameday and listening to the radio postgame on the way home i can see its the same old fucking shit; pitching does ok but cant overcome shitty defense and abysmal offense that has no fucking clue what to do with runners on base.

Just awful, this team has lost about 10 games this year they should have won, normally that's a whole season's worth. The thing is, they deserve to lose, they play sloppy and pathetic baseball. We're batting .133 with the bases loaded, I've never heard of that.

Not sure what has to happen, but this team needs something to snap.

Again, like I said, that is a rebuilding tactic.

If we were not expected to compete for a pennant, I might agree. But at this point firing a manager and coaching staff is like waving a white flag, and I don't think we're there yet.

But, maybe someone does have to go, while I don't think it's his fault, mostly because I don't think more than 3-5 people on the team even listen to his old wrinkly ass, Lloyd McClendon is the hitting coach, and has to take some responsibility. It's not like before where we had Ajax and Inge and Raburn for a month or two who could not hit, it's everyone on the team but Ajax, Dirks, and Cabrera who have been just awful.

^^^^ All have sucked, maybe it's time to let Brookens, or Van Slyke, or the homeless guy outside Comerica be the hitting coach.

P.S.

It sounds like an excuse, but I think if that ball 4 was not called a strike and we had that run walked in, and Fister's strike would not have been called ball 4, we would have won this game.
