Why is it that I have to be at work when the Tigers on TV, ST or not, I wanna see some tigers ball!

I've missed out on a helluva lot of special events over the decades to having to go or be working @ all hours and any/every day of the week. DVR the game, if you can, as its the next best thing.

Boesch scratched from today's lineup due to general soreness.
Matt Young will play right field today.
Tigers have an updated lineup.

Danny Worth remains day-to-day with right side/lower back soreness. Worth characterized it as the oblique area.

Inge takes a slow curve low, strike call at the knees, curve insidde corner strike call, check swing up around his shoulders grounder to second,

Cabrera fouls it back, takes off speed away, swings and misses a changeup, again.

Scherzer looked like he settled in the last 2 batters. full count on a sort of squeezed fastball, grounder on the line past a diving Cabrera,
bloop single to left,
40 pitches for Max,
Scherzer k's the batter on a changeup.

Consecutive singles by Prince and Delmon, Tigers starting a rally.

Tigers 2nd inning,

Prince rips a first pitch single to right,

Delmon way low outside blocked, hard ground single up the middle, Prince to second,

Avila fouls it back, takes outside, takes high but strike call, grounder deflected off pitchers glove to short flips to second takeout by Delmon but throw gets off to first and out, Cabrera to third,

Laird takes outside, slow roller to third.
