Just don't get what everyone's problem with him is. He's right about at his career averages. Hell, he's got 26 HR's in the year that he's been with Detroit. 5 in the postseason last fall. How many other guys on this team can say that? Not sure what people were expecting from him, but this is pretty much what he's always been. He doesn't go on a Boesch/Inge like slump or a Miggy terror. He's consistently mediocre.

I do get what you're saying about him, his numbers are just hollow and lacking with other parts of his game, yes he is mediocre, but his reputation precedes him.
