they were both high and outside, the second might have swung back over the plate a bit, but the first wasn't close.

The first one looked bad because the catcher was completely fooled by the pitch. He thought it would be inside and went up high and towards the outside. The catcher stabbed at it. Miggy was ejected after the 0-2 pitch for barely saying anything and Leyland was just sticking up for him.
