This is a great day, won't be on board during the game have to work. Plus my DVR is set up to watch it once I get home.

I know he said that before the first SP game, but it fits in this instance too.

I live in Toledo so I get the game on FSD and the cable guide says its on ESPN2. I have it DVR on both stations just incase.

I would bet its blacked out in my area on ESPN2 and FSD has the game. Which is good because I miss hearing Rod and Mario.

Odds are your ESPN 2 recording won't tape.
I believe I tried both last season and only (1) worked.

The constant parsing of Tigers defense has begun. But I don't take it too seriously when it involves wondering why Raburn isn't in field.

Always great atmosphere in Detroit for the opener. Safe to say they're excited. Radio question: "Is there any way the Tigers miss playoffs?"

Leyland: "I don’t pay a lot of attention to it, because the same guys that picked us first this year, picked us third, fourth last year."

One scout on Tigers: "Believe it or not, the guy who might be the toughest out in the lineup right now is Delmon."
