it got to be pretty late so i thought you might not be in tonight, glad to see you're here (and hoping this also means your mom is doing ok).


I have been back and forth most every day, some twice a day. She went from ICU to RICU Respiratory, a step to improvement, but still weak, and much congestion that needs to be removed through mouth or nose. Doc seems to think she can go to a room by Wed/Thursday. At age mid 80's all I can do is pray and hope the doctors get her right.
Still will need time at a nursing home rehab unit to get strength back. Older/elderly people when in bed 24/7 lose lots muscle due to atrophy from inactivity.

Of course Hochevar has been one of those few pitchers we've never had much problem with, still good to see some offense finally though, hopefully the bad stretch is finally over now.
