As far as I know/remember a sinker and a 2-seamer are the same. Usually people will call it a sinker not a 2-seamer if it has exaggerated drop.

I threw sinker in HS, used the 2-seam FB grip.

Are you serious??? I wouldn't say a .732 OPS is terrible. Especially when the guy replacing him has a .463 OPS vs lefties this year.
