Eh, Mitch Williams said the same thing, but looked to me like he was in the runners box.

Avila throws that ball on the outside of the runner it's not an issue, it was not a great throw.

Not a great throw but in JP last 10 feet to the bag he hit the grass.. You could tell it was on purpose if you watch close... He was out of the line..
