Tigers vs. yankees ALCS Game Thread 1 Oct. 13

If Fister doesn't settle down, go with 3 for porcello and 3 for smyly?

Garcia swings at the first pitch. Can anyone get a message of to anyone that might be able to relay to them to take some more damn pitches the zone is small FFS! why or why do they always have be like that.

Like the announcer said....your pitcher just got hit with a line drive so you might want to take a few pitches for him.

Pettitte gets the strike down and off the corner, but Fister does not get on 2 inches more over the plate.

Tigers hitting 3rd inning,

Garcia first pitch fly to right, gets spoken to by Prince about working the count,

Laird takes a cutter strike, fastball outside, up and in and it's called a strike f'n goof gfy, cutter ground foul, takes low, fouled off his foot, watches low outside full count, line drive single to center 8 pitch at bat,

This is Doug Fister's fourth Tigers start with at least three walks. Gerald Laird has been the catcher for three of those games.

It's not the ump, they're beating themselves right now. If anything, they umps saved at least 1 run for us.

Wow. Fister is tough. Gets hit on the wrist and comes back out to pitch the 3rd.
