Tigers vs. yankees ALCS Game Thread 4 Oct. 17

Seriously, who would have thought that DY, Peralta and Coke would be in the running for MVP of anything other than a pie eating contest.

Well a 6 run cushion should be okay, if he does not have it, you pull him for Benoit or Al.

But I think he's owed an appearance.

And JP making a case for sharing MVP with Delmon.

I'd give up to the SP's plus Jhonny plus Delmon. And maybe add Coke in there.

Jhonny Peralta: 2nd Tigers shortstop with multi-HR game in postseason (Alan Trammell, 1984 Wworld Series).

Turning on the radio for the last inning.

I'd rather not listen to the TBS announcers talk about how the Yankees lost.

So the 3 guys more than likely in the running for MVP are 3 guys most on this board don't want back next year.....interesting

Tigers are going to the World Series!!!! YES!!!! Let the celebration begin!!!

If I would have told you 2 months ago that Delmon Young, Jhonny Perralta and Phil Coke would lead us to the World Series you would have had me committed.

WOW!!! SWEEP is SWEEEEEET!!!!

Coke pitching 9th inning,

teixeira soft liner to Peralta,

2 more outs,

arod grounder to Peralta,

1 more out,

nix popped up to Prince,

Tigers win 8 - 1,
Max Scherzer wins it,
Tigers are going to the 2012 World Series!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
