Well we definitely can't judge it by the Yankees....all of their games are 3.5 hours long. But yeah...so far, so slow.

I was thinking that too, except McCarver and Buck made a note of how Youk had to shave the goatee, and Buck could not work for the Yankmees cause of his ballsack beard.

Maybe Joba is just saying "fuck you, whatcha goin a do about it, brother?".

Also, anyone remember just like 2 years ago when he looked like a pudgy little kid? Why does he look like my 55 year old garbage man now?

But yeah, I swore one of those 3 pm games didn't end until after 7....maybe that's why we're confused....it was 7 here but 6 there???

That's what I was thinking....my time was 3:00 start and it was about 7:15 when it was over.

No HRs today...#Tigers had 3 doubles, and 14 singles....Jackson, Hunter and Cabrera reached 12 times in 15PA, scored 6R...

Jackson had 3H and scored 3R, Hunter had 3H and scored twice, Cabrera was 4-4 w/ RBI (now has 6), Fielder had 1H, 2RBI - he now has 8RBI...

yanx are currently the cellar-dwellers in the AL East, hopefully the blowsux will soon be joining them. lackey apparently hurt his arm while pitching today in a SHO loss to the blue jays, he had missed last season following elbow ligament-replacement surgery. Don't wish injury on any player, but the blowsux will need to be very cautious with their ace SP when he is scheduled to pitch for awhile.

The oriholes lead the twinks 2-1 in the 3rd, and tampax bay over creepland 1-0 in the 3rd aswell. Hopefully both will lose to bust up the division tie a bit, since the palehose also won today.

I noticed, and not surprisingly, Boesch with 9 saw the fewest pitches of anyone with more than 1 PA.

Looks like Kevin Long has not taught him to be any more selective yet either.
