The fundamental tenet of Judaism is the believe in the existence of the God of Abraham, which Christians and Islamics and Mormons also believe.

The chart doesn?t tell who the founding prophets of those three offshoots of Judaism are, but I think we all know.

There was no prophet who specifically founded the religion of Atheism-that prophet doesn?t exist.

Would have it been better if they were shot and killed? It's hard to quantify being scared for your life from others on the internet. I've never used a gun before but the law says you have a right to protect yourself on your own property.

The context of MT 5:39 is personal vengeance, not self-defense, which Catholic Church teaching expressly endorses and even labels it as dutiful. A little, even casual research would suffice to illustrate. Jesus Himself constantly resisted evil, until his Passion.

As for MT 26:52, that's in context to challenging civil authority, as Peter was doing here.

Catholic Church teaching applies to everyone. It's simply a matter of believing and accepting that. Few do, including too many Catholics.
