Is there a point in not firing Cooter right now? It'd be 4 games to get a new oc situated and get the players learning his scheme.
Maybe they plan to keep him

So promote the QB coach and have him next season? Or someone else on our team? Wait to the years over fire the GM so the new GM can fire Patricia and the new HC can fire everyone else..

Someone else entirely, no promotions
Nobody is getting promoted on that team lol.
That's how we got Jim Bob.
Let Dan O be the next offensive coordinator. He thinks he's brilliant.
Gase was canned as planned. Supposedly has a good relationship with Patricia.
Another interesting candidate would be Sarkisian. If hes sober, he was once known as a great offensive mind. The downside obviosuly being hes now been in like 5 different jobs in 4 years because for some reason people love to fire the guy. Whatever the reasons are...a drunk guy thats hard to get along with is still better than Cooter.
Youd have to think Marvin, Golladay, Kerryon, Stafford will interest someone in revamping their career.
and while the D looked better towards the end of the year i think Pasquiloni is a dud. Would be great if we could get 2 new coordinators. Gase on O and Bowles on D?!
