Top candidates to replace Jim Bob Cooter

Can't wait for Brees to carve up that secondary. Cre'Von LeBlanc....lmao.

Dude actually played pretty well. Seemed pretty sticky, better than Lawson and Tabor with that alone

Same song and dance every yr from you bro lol. Who's so special out there that we need? I see a couple names still available but nothing groundbreaking...

Cause we do the same thing every year? Why can't we ever be the organization that wants a guy and goes and gets him.

How do you know thst they don't have a couple guys in mind tho??? You bitch for the sake of bitching lol. Who's gone that should be the new Lions OC?? It's a fucking process...

i get it...its a process....our process always just takes longer than everyone elses so we get left with shit. Be the team that goes and hires a guy quick and i wouldnt have to point out that we suck at this process all the time.

What metric can you produce that provides any correlation between success and how quickly someone is hired?

2018 head coaching hires

Jan 5th - Gruden
Jan 8th - Nagy
Jan 15th - Shurmur
Jan 20th - Vrabel
Jan 22nd - Wilks
Feb 5th - Patricia
Feb 11th - Reich

Eagles pass rush was like 3rd in league in pressure percentage

This helps l? blanc

Got to wait for head coach search to finish before ocs will want to commit

Gase is gone. Had issues in Miami. Lots of good candidates out there

The metric of reading the ESPN front page when we promote Godsey to OC in a couple weeks cause we dont even hear about us interviewing quality candidates let alone hiring any.

It will be Godsey. When has Quinn ever left his comfort zone? He comes in and keeps Caldwell and staff. Finally gets rid of Caldwell and brings in a guy here knows Patricia only to keep Cooter. Plus a lot of his deals are with New England. I don't see him leaving his comfort zone on this. He knows Godsey from New England and he has been an OC before. I hope I am wrong because Houston had one of the worst offenses in 2016 and middle of the bottom 1/3 in points in 2015.

My point exactly. A guy we cut is better than our starter and our 2nd round shitshow

So what?? I have no idea who this Leblanc character is. He obviously never fit here in Detroit. One artivle comes up with Schwartz praising this kid then all of a sudden he's Deion Sanders and Ed Reed all mixed into one player lol. Like I said, Brees is going to dissect that secondary and we can all go back to breathing again lol.

Why? So you can be happy?? They're not in business to make YOU happy by speeding up the process bruh lol. It's not all about you. Maybe they have a guy in their thoughts and are waiting. There's no rush...
