2015 schedule

I'm liking the 3 home games in a row, twice in one season. Plus the KC game is not a true away game.

A nice bye going to Lambeau.

Home before Thankgiving game. Nice mini-bye before St Louis too.

Very nice schedule.

5 national TV games and not a single one of them will the Lions be the "marquee" team.

I prefer 4:00 Sunday games...I don't like staying up past halftime for the Sunday night / Monday night games.

Back to back Thursday games are interesting, overall the Lions will have 3 games in 12 days during that stretch.

First 4 and last 4 suck. If we win 2 out of 4 to start were actually in a good spot.

If people start seeing the Lions for the great team they are, then I won't have too as much.

11-12 win team in 2015. Can win some playoff games and make the Super Bowl.

There will be no defensive regression. Still have a great back 7 and good Dline. Offense will be much better in year 2. We've got a reliable kicker. Sky is the limit for this team.

The other beat writers say 11-5 for the Lions. 6 national tv games. Going to be a great season.

Is that all it takes? Lions are great, Lions are great. Thank you.

Not only do they get extra days compared to Packers after the Lions BYE, but Packers are @Denver and @Carolina the two weeks prior so they might be a bit off their game when hosting the Lions. Temps should not be freezing either (chilly yes, but not freezing where Matt struggles).

I'm liking the Lions chances based solely on that, and how much more can we really go on at this point other than current rosters and the history of the streak...but I'm still looking at the Lions as having one of their best chances to break the streak in recent memory, based solely on the schedules.

The Lions might even go *GASP* undefeated in the division!?!?! Granted, that is a prerequisite for my 19-0 prediction, I'm just trying to help out those not yet drunk off their ass on HBKA!!!

Facts like stafford can't beat +.500 teams on the road, cant win a playoff game, cant win the division even if its handed to him on a platter, mayhew cant draft....those facts?

No those are dumb opinions. Stafford has played well enough to beat plenty of over .500 teams on the road, he did truly beat Dallas, Lions can win the division (see 11-5 last year) and Mayhew is a good drafter (team is loaded with talent).

You have no facts.

2013 -- fact. Division handed to the Lions on a silver platter, only for it to be gagged back to Green Bay. Please list your "true" vs. "fact" on that one? Wind? Concentrated injuries? Refs? Glover's GF hooking up with Stafford which destroyed our QB's frame of mind? Or, you got new material for us?

Edit -- Lions are the best team ever and I truly mean it.

Blizzard at Philly plus running game injuries, plenty of injuries(CBs, Calvin, Waddle, Bush) and fluke long FG by Tucker to win a game. We destroyed GB and swept Chicago. That was our division. But it got us better coaching not winning the division. So in the long run, Lions are better off.

Better coaching meaning we hire like 6 qb gurus only so stafford can regress lmao.
