2016 Draft- Who ya got?

Matt had to deal with no run game, drops and some separation issues. Stacked secondaries playing the pass every play.

Give him Marshawn Lynch or LeVeon Bell or Jamaal Charles or Eddie Lacy or Adrian Peterson or Matt Forte and that might not happen.

Like in 2013 when he got better production from his running backs then Seattle got from Lynch?

I'm pretty sure LKP is Mayhew. We just need 21 more Matt Stafford's.

Injured weapons galore in 2013. And the Lions were 22nd in YPC. And 2013 they didn't have the defense of the 2013 Seattle Seahawks. I believe Seattle forced like 39 turnovers that year. Lions forced 19.

And 2013 wasn't really consisten run support. It was 10 good games and 6 bad games.

but thanks for proving me right and allowing me to share my vast knowledge

God damnit man. Just please go back to the 5 seconds you talked rationally. This is stupid.

Btw, it might not be a bad idea to have 22 Matt Stafford's. Then he'll know what it's like to catch a Matt Stafford pass.

LKP's vast knowledge

DT 2-4, MLB,SAM and nickel were all upgraded.
OLBS,DEs and secondary in year 2 of the system.

Ngata is a better run defender than Suh and a good pass rusher still.

These are not ifs.
11-5 and a top 5 defense in 2014. I called 2014. And I'll call 2015. I have never failed.

12-4 with a top 5 offense and top 5 defense. Stafford 100 QB rating.

Top 5 PPG is not far fetched for the offense that is loaded with talent.
Stafford is good and has led a top 5 offense before and played well enough in 2013 and 2014 for a top 5 offense. Calvin and Tate are elite and healthy
We upgraded protection (with draft and health) and run game big time this offseason
Year 2 of the system, plus Lombardi can learn from mistakes
Moore can be solid
Ebron is talented and in year 2.

Everything points to top 5.

LOL

Outside of Levy who is injured that's good. That we miss. No one.

Waddle, Tulloch and Bell didn't recover from injury
Tyrunn Walker
Ngata for 2.5 games, Warford 2.5 games, Waddle 2.5 games, Ebron 2 games, Bell 3 games
Levy is a huge huge huge injury. Maybe the bigggest of any team. It's like taking Clay Matthews off Green Bay or Hali off KC or Bennett off Seattle.

Stop with the .5 games. No statistic counts half a game.

So in 8 games, we've lost some guys for 2 or 3 games. Bummer. That's the NFL.

Sucks, sucks, sucks.

Sucks, I'll give you Warford (though what was our record with him playing), sucks, semi sucks.

Man, we really got some sucky players.

Losing Clay Matthews, Rodgers is still good.

that list looks like about 70% of the teams in the NFL

That list is worse than all teams. Levy is a huge loss. He's a mistake eraser. Walker and Ngata combined is huge. Tulloch not recovering from injury is huge. That is four of the front 7. Plus Ngata is not the Ngata of old. Fluke down year for him. He's not Suh but he should have been a good player at least not solid player

Mathis and Ihedigbo got old. It happens.

Add one more pass rusher, get Levy healthy and top 5 defense coming.

Damnit man. This is really frustrating. I thought you were back to somewhat rational and realistic. Back to the bullshit for the 90th time.

Get a stud LT. Laken and Swanson develop (though I wouldn't mind a new center). Warford back to good Warford. Reiff back to solid Reiff but now playing Rt.

Boom top 5 offense.

What bullshit. Just explaining what happened.

injuries. They are factual. Both new injuries and old injuries lingering after surgeries

Guys like Adrian Peterson are all world after an ACL tear. Tulloch and Bell can barely run. Check Peterson for HGH.

I noted the regression of Ihedigbo and Mathis. It was surprising after 2014. Reiff too.
Laken, Swanson and Abdullah are young. They get one year.

My predictions were based on better health and without surprising regressoin. They didn't meet their potential clealry which was and always will be 11 wins.

We'll see how they finish and hopefully they can get a LT and 2nd stud pass rusher.

i was fully justified in my lofty expectations after an 11-5 season.

Then they had injuries (new and old) and surprising regression

Anyone expecting Mathis, Reiff, Ngata, Ihedigbo to regress was just being a dick. They had no factual evidence to support that.

Yeah, who would expect two already old guys to regress even further?? That's cooky talk.
