2020 Dem candidate

no, you can't but apparently there are enough people who can be fooled all the time to make Sanders the frontrunner for the Dem nomination.

fooling... for what purpose? you think Sanders is going to sell out to the billionaires?

There isn't much upside for a Harris Choice though as Nancy might say you could stick a D on a cup and it would win CA. If he's smart he'd choose someone from a rust belt state to help take back a key state that trump won in 16.

Harris wouldn’t it be for just California, or for California at all-it would be for optics. She’s black, she’s a woman, and Obama had to scrap your wants as being the hottest lady in politics or something like that.

Who from a rust belt state that Trump won would be better for Biden if he gets the nomination?

Probably although IMO he shouldn't when last time he ever not supported all the union busting crap trade agreements. I wish more people in rust belt realized the dems aren't really looking out for their best interest they only want to make you dependent on gumbit.

Bullshit.

What exactly have the Democrats done to make people dependent on government? Clinton passed major welfare reforms and threw tons of people off social welfare, and the ACA was a huge boondoggle for private healthcare at our expense.

Hillary Clinton, Pelosi, Biden and other "corporate dems" i.e. MOST of them, all said medicare for all or single payer healthcare are never going to happen.

and Pelosi, Biden, etc. have mentioned cutting and privatising social security.

wake up dipshit.

Bernie has sworn off corporate money, and fundraised primarily from small donations from individuals. and he's been consistent in his positions on all this for decades... he's the one moving the debate on all this.

The Clinton's supported too much crap trade that lost too many American jobs, I will never forget. If one of these dems would just be an America first on jobs and border non asshole version of trump i'd support them and Bernie is too socialist for me and I don't agree that health care is a right, urgent critical care maybe but not for anything and everything. Single Payer is socialized med it won't work. People need to learn how to take better care of themselves get off their asses and exercise, eat better get rid of their pot bellies and not be so damn dependent on free gumbit and corp boondoggles designed to keep you dependent and controlled.

Okay, NAFTA is a different issue, and it was bad and Clinton was bad for signing it, but negotiations for it started and largely wrapped up under George HW Bush, & Clinton argued he had no choice but to sign it.

he was wrong, and he was just doing what big business wanted and taking the easy way out. I am no fan of Bill Clinton, or his wife.

If NAFTA and shipping American jobs overseas is your issue, like it or not, youre going to have to vote for Bernie... or maybe (maybe) Elizabeth Warren.

But you won't because your brain is warped by RightWing media into supporting politicians that oppose your interests as a middle/working class American, not a billionaire, or tech CEO.

The dems had plenty of time to do something about it long after Clinton and they did nothing. I don't trust any of them nor any of the main stream repubs. Trump is at least trying to undo some of the damage, I know you don't agree but I honestly believe he asks what is best for America first and foremost over what's best for the party, the Clinton foundation or the global community above all else, it's really too bad the left is too blinded by hate and 24/7 MSM orange man bad to see it. If trump loses in 2020 to a socialist we'll all end up at destination equally assured misery for all except for the top 1% elitist of the elite IMO.

Do you even know what socialism is? i'm guessing not, if you think the goal of socialism is to enrich the 1%.

Start with a dictionary, maybe.

as far as michelle goes, her husband proved you don't have to have accomplished anything to become a darling of the Democrat Party.

While I don't disagree with this sediment, I don't think that's exclusive to the Democratic Party at all. That's just America right now.

Biden's fundraiser announcement was thrown by a Comcast exec and attended by Blue Cross CEO Dan Hilferty.

If you're going to run for a party that has been pro net neutrality and medicare for all as of late...that's a pretty bad look for Joe.

Lmao
Your fucking joking right . Talk about Hate. They GOP and Trumo know all about using Hate to win elections. Top 1% is doing just fine after dingbat was elected. Nice tax cut for them that they didn’t need. Gop the party of hate that keeps on given to the rich !

it's hilarious to see how bad his politics have been for decades, and no one realized it until now (blame the media).

People have been posting videos of Bernie's old speeches, and it's amazing how consistently good he's been all his career... he didn't adopt his positions now; the rest of the party started adopting his. he's the one driving the debate & pushing the party where it needs to go

In contrast, I just saw one from Joe Biden bashing George HW Bush in 1992 for daring to take a political risk and pressure Israel. Biden complained Bush was villifying Israel. Biden sucks.

But to be fair, I guess, it was easy to like him when he was up against Sarah Palin. kinda like Beto O'Rourke vs. Ted Cruz here in TX.

this may come as a surprise to you but selling out to billionaires isn't the only reason to fool people. Bernie is fooling people into thinking his socialist policies are actually good ideas and that they would work. Even if you think his intentions are good (I have my doubt about the hypocrite), he's still a moron fooling other morons.

They are good policies and they will work.

They worked from 1933 -1980, and some of them - that the billionaires haven't managed to gut and loot - are still working to this day.

Does he have antiquated wrongheaded ideas about fossil fuels and environmental regulation? Will he put some coal lobbyist in charge of the EPA?
