Add your mock here..and ONLY your mock

Hey Newton... you posted in a thread called "Add your mock here...".. never cited a source, never said this is from so and so, no link....

You were trying to pass it off as yours until you got caught, and you know it.

that's 1 option....the other is hes just plain dumb :D or maybe im just being negative lol

Well it was a pretty shitty mock...so maybe Alex thought people would believe it was his and not fact check.

I've been posting mock drafts on this merged thread for a while

At this point, I could see us drafting about 10 different players in the 1st round. All this talk of 3-4 packages makes me think Barr will be high on our list.

I would prefer trade up for Mack or go Van Noy in the second

It's one of those drafts I have no idea..so many different ways to go.

Not in favor of trading up but only because I don't see Mack as being that far above Barr or Mosley. Don't get me wrong, he's elite but those guys are well above average.

Van Noy in the 2nd would be a great pick.

So many possibilities. First draft in a long time with a lot of mystery to it a week out.

My pick is Ebron and I'm sticking to it. All a smoke screen

Going strictly off of where we pick, no trades, and what's likely to be there when we pick, I'd go with:

1. Justin Gilbert, CB (Because I think Mike Evans will also be gone here)
2. Kareem Martin, DE
3. Jarvis Landry, WR
4a. Anthony Johnson, DT
4b. Gabe Ikard, C
4c. Arthur Lynch, TE
6. Chris Boswell, K
7. Hakeem Smith, S

The pieces just don't fall into place to get that coveted upgrade at LB, so we wait to see what springs free in June cuts, or we roll into '14 with Ashlee Palmer again.

Out of curiosity, why would the Lions take a running back in the 4th round? We already have Bush and Bell, plus Leshoure and Riddick, and even Jeremy Ross can occasionally line up back there.

I've been curious about that as well. Nearly every article I read about the Lions "draft targets" says they will address the running back position in the mid-late rounds, and about half of them have the Lions tied to Seastrunk.... which is not a good thing in my opinion.

I am not sure where everyone is getting the RB thing, but typically where there is smoke there's fire, so maybe these folks know something I am too slow to realize.

cause it wouldn't be a mayhew draft if he didn't draft a wr dt and a rb?

leshoure isnt in future plans..value pick with blinding speed

leshoure isnt in future plans..value pick woth blinding speed

Blinding speed doesn't matter if he's on the bench. But even if Leshoure isn't in future plans, Bush and possibly Riddick would have to get hurt before Seastrunk would even see the field. I just feel like there are many other better options in the 4th round than taking a running back. I'd even rather take a QB there.
