Here's what I don't get about this thread. Why is Tate being ripped on for being a REALLY good....fuck....an ELITE #2? He performed at a 1,000 yard pace with Calvin healthy and a 1,500 yard pace without him. Isn't that EXACTLY what a #2 is supposed to do?

When the best WR on earth goes down, naturally the 2nd option in the passing offense will get better......and when Megatron is healthy......he SHOULD be option #1.....he's fucking Megatron.

There were only 4 #2 WR's with 1,000 yards last year. Randal Cobb, Mike Evans, Emmanual Sanders and Tate.

You can try to spin it any way you want it......but Tate is an elite player at his position and probably the 1st or 2nd best #2 WR in the NFL.

I wonder if the Nancy's would complain at all if Tate got more looks than CJ?? Then it would be "our $5M/year WR is getting more balls than our $20M/year WR is". Whining is what they're gonna do.

Golden Tates numbers are average when calvin is 100% healthy and on the field. The stat lines prove it. 1 TD when calvin is on the field....1 (yes, I understand he had a couple games with 90 yards)! Sure morons like LKP and tony love to take 1 thing that people say and point at it and say its wrong. If all I said was "tate is average"....then yes...id be wrong. But that's not what I said....ever.

Ive said countless times that its because Stafford sucks...has little to nothing to do with Tate or his ability.

Run game is a product of our shitty upper mgmt. and trickles all the way down to our shitty qb. Mayhew waits til its too late to ever address the oline. Peterman and fox in the past....this year it was relying on a banged up UDFA to hold up the right side. Lombardis playcalling was awful....never setting us up for success in the run game. Predictable and not flexible. Theres no reason we shouldn't have seen more audibles to run the ball vs a 5 man box. Its not hard to do....either our qb is too dumb. Or our Ocord blows.

LKPs the only idiot who thought we should be scoring 42 points a game. But its disheartening that we couldn't score more than 20 for a majority of the year. Put way to much pressure on our defense and it was a small miracle they responded to that pressure all season the way they did.

The Rbs that you're talking are going to be gone before our 3rd pick. Need another corner in round 1 or 2, preferably Peters who will go in the 1st. We need a oline help, need another dt, could use a guy to take Diggs spot. If I'm looking at needs first, I'm guessing no earlier than the 4th round before we SHOULD even be thinking RB. The guy that played ball 45 minutes away from where I live that I'd never heard anything about until the Senior Bowl (David Johnson)might be available that late.

I'm hoping that Oline and DT are addressed in FA, so they can get a top rb (Gordon, Gurley, Coleman), get a top corner, and get a guy to guy to challenge or push Ihedigbo.

I really like Ajayi and think he's going to be special. He goes in the second. There's a chance but its slim he's there for us. Kid has giddy up but needs to stop fumbling, which he cleaned up last year a bit.

I think Duke Johnson fits our O to a tee. He goes in the 2nd but could possibly slip into the 3rd. We dont have a prayer if he slips into the 3rd tho..

My darkhorse.......Langford from MSU. Workhorse who could be the next Leveon Bell if he gets the right fit. A lot of mocks have this kid going between 4-6th rd. Crazy if he lasts until the 4th IMO
