The press has gone as deep down every rabbit hole they can and so far, all they've come up with are people who deny he did it or said they have no memory of it or they weren't there. What else do you want them to do? Look for microbes and whatnot?

His voting record on case decisions IS the documentation. The case decisions are public record. Anybody can get them.

I'm hearing on the news now that Ford may be choose to turn down her invitation from the Senate Judiciary Committee to tell her story under oath in what would be the first official legal proceeding of any type regarding the event.

So we'll see what happens.

The allegations against Cavanaugh have not been substantiated. That is a fact. Will there be evidence that he did it...no. That's the problem with "he said she said" accusations...especially 30 years later.
