Caldwell's Staff

Talking college football. Boatload of teams. 15 and 24 could get you to 10 if someone is like 7 and 45.

I should have said I realize it could happen just weird seeing it..

I'm on board with Austin. The secondary is the hardest job in NFL football, if you have a decent secondary you have a decent defense. You need to be able to disguise coverages as a coach and put guys in a situation they can succeed in, without giving up easy plays. With the dline you look at Suh and tell him, "Suh smash." Game plan complete.

"Ooops, uhhh, sorry. This is embarrassing. I swear this never happens to me. I guess I just a got a bit too excited. I just stickied this thread. Maybe it will wash off?"

Maybe he can help turn around Houston so he doesn't have to fake injuries.

That was pathetic. I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm fine...I got burnt...Oooh, ow, my toe hurts.

He didn't play the next game and missed the last 3 because of it. Yeah "faking" an injury. He just wanted to give Jonte Green and Chris Greenwood a chance during a playoff push.

He got his offseason contract, he wasn't playing for a position. Besides they benched his ass. Jonte Green and Chris Greenwood were better than Houston 'healthy' I won't be surprised if Austin cuts him. I'd cut him before Delmas, who has to restructure himself.

He played the Eagles game and did well but reinjured the toe. They didn't bench him. He also played well against Cowboys after the Bengals fiasco. Houston will be a starter.

Houston is awful, Rasheen Mathis was better. Cut him and take the cap savings.

Houston is the fastest DB on the team. Cushion because he was hurt maybe. You are out of your mind if you think Chris Houston is a slow DB.

Double move by Green got him. Big plays allowed while hurt to James Jones and Underwood. YPC gets racked up on those 3 plays alone. The TD to Brown was poor tackling by both Houston and Quin. The Jackson TD was Foles scrambling around and Jackson "staying in bounds" in the snow.

He gives WR too much room because he can't keep up with them..He can't seem to turn around to make a play, like the Falcons fans were telling us when we made that trade..and he seems to get lost constantly.

It shows up in a stat like that which is based on yards. There are some decent CBs in the bottom 10 based on yards but those guys tend to have more picks, break ups because they are gamblers. Houston's not a gambler (or hasn't been since a good 2011) AND gets beat for tones of yards. He's the Jim Schwartz of CBs decent on a crap team, bad on a good one, and like Schwartz we paid for the anomaly.

I can't believe you could think Housotn is slow. My God. Re-watch 2010-2012.

And by the way Houston caught a speedy AJ Green after the double move. Just whiffed on the damn tackle.

You're a stats guy. Look at the stats. He gets beat by double moves by everyone, not just Green. He could run a 4.1 and it wouldn't matter if he can't stay in front, flip his hips or bites on fakes he's useless. Houston is probably faster than Revis. This isn't flag football in your back yard where you just need to be fast.

I never said he was slow. Maybe I hinted at it but the fact he gets beat time and time again..He gets out-routed if that's such a word. His man to man skills suck. Bump and run, forget about it. Tackling :)

He caught Green dude. He's fast. Jones and Underwood he was playing hurt. Brown was a curl route. Jackson was running around in the redzone with Foles scrambling.

Look at his 2010-2012 stats. They back me up.

I'm a stats guy and I use more than just 2013 and I know when a guy is hurt. And I know when he catches a guy.

You are butthurt he got beat 3 times, I get it, but know what freaking happened.
