It's not necessarily the fault of your teachers that you rejected the teaching. And, devout believer that I try to be, I believe that I've only "heard" a minute fraction of what Catholicism is all about. And I spend an inordinate amount of time in prayer and research.

Did you know that St. Thomas Aquinas spent 40 days in Rome preaching on the Hail Mary? It's a 42-word prayer.

to each their own. It didn't take me long to determine that it was a bunch of stories. Some of them entertaining enough, and I'm sure most were meant to persuade people to "do the right thing". But in the end, it is just like any other religion...try to get followers to give the church their $$

they are all snake oil salesmen. Some worse than others. Some actually believe what they are "preaching". In the end...all a bunch of stories.

I get confirmation regarding my hypothesis every month, when the church sends me my envelopes with a letter. The letter doesn't say come to church, it says if you can't make it, here are some envelopes so you can send in your money. :cheers:

This section describes that the church realizes that a lot of the apparitions are bullshit; maybe the people claiming to have seen the apparition are lying, or maybe they?re just freakin? crazy.

So the church has a litmus test to separate the wheat from the chaff, so to say.

And the church also doesn?t require the faithful to believe that any of the ?approved? apparitions are actually real. A person can believe that they?re all bullshit and still be Catholic without dire consequence.

Don?t skip the story of Jetzer. Four dudes were burned at the stake by the Church, by order of the Pope, in front of 30,000 people, for pranking a guy into thinking he had seen an apparition.

That?s pretty damn funny.

Now, is there an official organization that has an a defined verification process, such as the one outlined in the link I provided in said post, to gauge the veracity of these so called ?Santa sightings??

Because sans such an authentication process, I might consider that many, if not all, of those Santa images to be fabricated, and bullshit.

I'm not a conspiracy guy, but it's hard not to think that China started this thing in a lab, it got out, but China had a vaccine from day one.

I think there is lots of evidence to suggest that cadres of powerful individuals secretly collaborated to affect a desired outcome, especially in the area of intelligence and law enforcement.

There is a lot of information that certain people don't want us to know.

As for China, I think they could have a vaccine AND millions are also already dead.

I wonder if a few Slumdogs paid off people who were sick to go into the poorest areas to spread it in the hopes of removing the shanty towns with the hope they can remove to poorest people and thereby charge more to those slightly less poor.

That or the Tech Supports and Digital Scammers are needing more office space, so clear out the shanties and build more offices to rip off more businesses and individuals in the US.
