Coronainsanity

So I just done me a little research.

Annually, just under 3 million people a year die in the United States.

Of those 3 million, over 1 million are attributed to complications from obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and old age.

96% of the alleged 200,000+ deaths attributed to Covid have been with the departed sharing one of those comorbidities.

So why is not a single one of those 200,000 not being categorized as having succumbed to one of those comorbidities?

The Covid death count is a patent fraud.

EDIT: Okay, okay, the last sentence is obviously an opinion.

Also I obviously quoted myself what I meant to edit myself. That?s not the first time that?s happened though.

But there has got to be a comparative analysis of deaths this year that were attributed to comorbidities versus those that were attributed to previous years to those comorbidities before there was Covid to make a determination of the validity of the Covid deaths count, which as everyone knows, I find highly suspect.

I think an often underlooked issue is people dying because they can't be seen in a hospital due to the beds being filled by Covid patients. Strictly looking at the Covid death count is just one layer of the onion.

Exactly.

The only problem is that isn’t true at all.

The medical care capacity was NEVER overwhelmed by Covid, as we were lied to that it would be.

Once the healthcare system proved it could stand up to the Covid “threat,” a million little things were invented to keep us subjugated to the findings of a medical condition that is one hundredth of one percent more deadly than athletes foot.

I defy anyone to identify a single patient who was turned away from medical care for something that wasn’t Covid because of Covid.

EDIT: Just to be pedantic, I should throw in the caveat “a person dying who was turned away.” Yes, we all know elective medical treatments have and probably will continue to postponed. I had non- life saving medical treatment postponed myself. Didn’t kill me, rescheduled it and it’s in the process of being done.

EDIT 2: You also kind of missed my point. In a universe without Covid, how many of those 200,000 who died -and those with comorbidities who didn’t die – would have been hospitalized or died anyway simply because of the comorbidities?

I guess it's just hard for me to watch my wife put in insane hours along with her staff, constantly converting Covid beds (negative pressure rooms, etc) and then read you guys post how it's so trivial and overblown.

For the most part I don't comment when you guys drone on and on about it because I know I'm not objective and I know I can't change your mind. Every now and then I just need a reminder. Carry on. :spin:

Didn’t know your wife was a Covid caregiver. I get it. Is she in the capacity of what she does assigned exclusively to Covid care?

EDIT: Also, yes - I absolutely think it’s overblown. I do NOT think it’s trivial. The two are not the same.

She's often in contact/giving care to/with COVID patients. Not always, they try their best to rotate. Her hospital didn't get overrun the first time like in Detroit. This wave is hitting the middle of the state much harder this time around.

Concerning your edit, it feels like they are mutually exclusive but if I'm misunderstanding, fair enough. That's on me.

Dude, I get it.

You’re living at ground zero.

Just thanks to you for what you do supporting your wife, and your wife for what she does for the patients, and what you both do for all of the rest of us.

Yes, there needs to be more analysis.

Sharks mostly only kill people that swim in the ocean, at least when there aren't sharknados. If a breed of supersharks come along and kill twice as many people, it would probably only impact people that swim in the ocean, but we wouldn't blame swimming in the ocean.

Having read many studies that indicated that homemade masks can reduce “exposure to respiratory infections”, it’s somewhat intuitive as well. But they in no way prevent the transmission of infectious mucous. Not by even a safe margin. This study from 2008 is telling, because of its publication date. link.

But people don’t seem to realize that masks alone are woefully insufficient, and they think that it allows for “normal” behavior. Those who get inside the “safe zone” are risking infecting others and being infected.

It would be better that they not wear a mask and keep their distance.

I tend to keep my distance from other people anyway.

Because I hate them.

a lot of those people couldn't be seen because hospitals were shut down for everything other than COVID, not because those beds were being taken up by COVID patients. Many hospitals never came even close to capacity, yet they were unable to admit non-COVID patients.

let's not forget all the people who had their deaths marked as COVID or COVID related that had nothign to do with COVID or comorbidities. There was a clear and undeniable financial incentive for hospitals suffering massive revenue losses to label anyone treated as having had COVID especially before testing was available. It's not just the comorbidities that are being undercounted throwing off the COVID death toll...

Of the doctors I referred to in #1499, Dr. Kelly Victory holds these views the strongest.

She say “the virus is real, the data isn’t.”

The 2nd hit I get when I search "Dr. Kelly Victory" is from quackwatch.org.

Maybe get a sense what she is saying and make your own assessment.

I looked at quackwatch.org and it vilifies the practices of acupuncture, cranial-sacral therapy, and chiropractic: the only three disciplines that have had any positive effect on the migraines and chronic head pressure that have plagued me for more than 25 years.

Traditional medicine prescribed anti-depressants with no knowledge whatsoever that they would have any effect and has never discovered any cause for my malady.

"Quackwatch is now maintained by the Center for Inquiry, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to foster a secular society based on reason, science, freedom of inquiry, and humanist values."

"The Center for Inquiry (CFI) is a nonprofit educational, advocacy, and research organization headquartered in Amherst, New York, with executive offices in Washington, D.C. It is also home to the Richard Dawkins Foundation for Reason & Science, the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, and the Council for Secular Humanism."

Not acknowledging the supernatural is foolish.

Blog posts:

"A Secular Guide to Surviving the Holidays"

"Support The D.C. Minor Consent For Vaccinations Amendment Act"

"CFI CONDEMNS TRUMP’S CLAIM THAT CHURCHES ARE ESSENTIAL SERVICES"

And other such posts that certainly believe that people are God, too. And the website sucks.

Yeeeaaaahhh, but if the other thing I know about you is that people quote you to downplay the significance of the pandemic - that's 2 strikes. And I'm not at a loss for good sources of information.

I mean, where did we land on excess deaths? Are people unaware, or not believing those numbers either, or do people think we had a sudden comorbidity bloom that killed a ton of people that we just don't care to try to figure out why it happened?
