***Cowboys Talk***

Are the "Cowboys" related to the Dallas Cowgirls NFL team that had it teeth kicked in by the Lions today in Dallas?

I was not sure if this was the right thread...

more good news....dallas gets to play NE next week

Hey, I went into the week predicting a Lions win. I felt like the Lions were the better team and was shocked when Dallas manhandles them early. Romo blew the game and theres no getting around that. I thought the coaching staff should have tried to salt the game away a bit more in the end as well. I think Dallas had 9 carries for 38 yards in the 2nd half or something. This team doesn't have the "killer" mentality and it stems from Romo n Garrett. They don't have problems coming up big in the moment, they have a problem playing at a high level when the game looks out of reach. They don't know how to go for the jugular. I thought Detroit was the better team going in (mostly because of Dallas' brutal oline) but the line didn't play too bad Sunday so there really is no excuse.

I will say Bobby Carpenter can eat a dick for making the play oif his career.

Good win Detroit. Better tighten up those 1st halves before the good teams roll in though. New England is going to TORCH Dallas next week. Dallas is built to stop the run.

The city of Detroit would like to thank Tony Romo for the Lions victory. Doesn't matter how far behind you get, but a good team can always rally when Romo is QB-ing for the other side.

lol It's tough but I'm here to take my lumps.

gimme Stafford over Homo....every single Sunday.

I still disagree with that but Stafford won, Romo lost...Romo played poorly, nothing else I can really say.

When the Lions were down 27-3, I thought they were still in it b/c of Romo...amazing...

I think coaches are stupid. In Minny they forget to give the ball to AP. In Dallas to keep on passing with a 24 point lead. I liked what Cooley TE said, they could have just went 3 and out by kneeling down and Detroit would have had trouble catching up.

Gotcha. I do not like NE but I hope they beat both NYJ and Dallas.

NE WILL rip Dallas' secondary to pieces. They get rid of the ball quickly too so Dware will not have a huge role in the game. Hopefully we can do the same to their secondary. SHOOTOUT!!!!!!

So hows Romo going to blow this one? I say 2 INT in the Red Zone.

He doesn't throw ints in the red zone..I showed you that.

That was one of the things they were screaming about on the radio down here. Why was Romo throwing with a 24 point lead? What was the coach thinking and what was Romo thinking? Cowboys have not had a QB since Troy Aikman.
