***Cowboys Talk***

That is an excellent way to show an example of how bad Romo's line is. Can't even get the center to snap the ball when he's suppose to. (BTW he's hurt now too)

Nice Grandy. Lol.

Anyway, during MNF they said the "punctured" lung wasn't all that bad and he'd play most likely. Not sure how a puntured lung can be described as "wasn't all that bad" but there it is.

Jerry Jones said he's unsure about Romo for Monday night and it will "depend on how he manages the pain." I'm guessing Romo will play but under those circumstances that may not be whats best for him or Dallas.

Changed my avy n signature for you haters.

Defenders are going to jump up and down on Romo's ribs if he plays. I have a prediction for this week's game: Pain.

I'm sure Dallas will have a plan of their own. Throw it away, run out of bounds or fall down.

They might letting him play so he ends up on IR again! j.k

I have a baaaaaaaaaaaaaad feeling about this game. Sometimes you have to "Save these guys from themselves"...I know hes trying to be tough and doesnt wanna sit out but man...Sometimes you gotta look big picture. I think Kitna has a good shot against the skins. I wonder if Dallas would hold him from the game if the Skins were 0-3. (Probably not but just a thought)

Mitch]Who would have thought, Lions, Bills and Skins all 3-0.

Hey go fuck yourself. lol

Who would have thought the Bills could come back from 21 in the 2nd quarter or the Lions down from 20? NFL is about as undpredictable as they come.

Another comback for Romo. 2 in a row. The line and WR play in this game was brutal. He had to tell WR's where to line up half the time and then they'd run the wrong routes. Detroit is going to handle them next week.

Congrats to Romo for throwing a TD pass, oh wait - Congrats to Romo for getting his team into position to run it in during 60 minutes of play. I'll give credit to your rookie kicker.

:)

1. Costa is the worst center in the league. He snapped 3 balls early (ALL of which Romo was able to corral saving turnovers), even picked one up to save a 15 yard loss and gain 2 yards.

2.WR had NO idea where to line up

3.Wr ran wrong routes all night

4.The run game was pitiful other than a few big break away runs.

5.Cracked ribs, Punctured lung, and a giant bullet proof vest attatched to his side.

6. Drove his team down the field in the clutch (which is ALL that matters when your an NFL QB I heard)

7. Stayed away from "the big turnover" which everyone says he doesn't do.

8.Took some major shots to that side.

9. Put his team in position to score the entire game and didn't miss throws. The team didn't execute. Not like he missed open guys in the endzone.

Yeah....he played really well.
For sure though, the rookie came through in a big way. Very impressed with his composure.

Mitch]So basically your team sucks?

Absolutely. No oline, banged up wr's, running game is non existent 90% of the time, and the defense is mostly scheme and less talent. I'd be a fool to think Dallas was a top team. They can still compete but I don't think they're a "good team"

I will say the team isn't terrible until you get to the oline though. If this oline was a top 10 oline in the league, Dallas would rocket to a top 5-10 team easily I think. (not counting injuries.

The current combined record of the first four Cowboys opponents: 9-3. No other team in the NFL will have had a tougher first four weeks as measured by the current 2011 W/L records. Six other teams have faced opponents with a combined 8-4 record (MIA, CIN, IND, DEN, OAK, KC). Predictably, the combined W/L record of these six teams is 4-14.

Tony Romo has been playing hurt through two games. Miles Austin missed the Redskins game. Dez Bryant missed the 49ers game and and wasn't his usual self in most of the two other games.

Yet the Cowboys are second in the league with 8.9 passing yards per attempt behind only the Patriots (10.0). The Cowboys' 1,003 passing yards in three games are ranked third in the league behind only the Patriots and Saints. And what's even more surprising: The Cowboys lead the league in big catches of more than 25 yards with 13.

Prior to Monday night, Tony Romo had thrown at least one touchdown pass in 20 straight games, dating all the way back to 2009. Romo's streak was the second-longest current active streak in the NFL behind only Drew Brees, who has a 30-game active streak, and who just tied Dan Marino's streak this weekend

You say they're not a good team and then post all these accolades, all the yards, the records of teams they played etc. So what is it? Are they good or not.

Btw, I checked that Cowgirl site listed in another thread and checked out their forum. Some of the dumbest most dilusional posters I've ever seen. They make Chico look like a member of Mensa.
