Lions HC Jim Caldwell hints at a committee approach at running back for the Lions, but said that Theo Riddick is the lead back. He was also high on Dwayne Washington.

Packers HC Mike McCarthy said the Lions lose a "playmaker" in Ameer Abdullah. He went on IR today.

Mike McCarthy said the Lions look balanced without Calvin Johnson. Said he's paid attention to ball distribution.

Aaron Rodgers said he'll miss DeAndre Levy being out there if he doesn't play. Knows him a bit.
Ziggy Ansah, "I probably won't miss him as much."

Aaron Rodgers said Matthew Stafford seems to really have settled in with Jim Bob Cooter calling the plays as offensive coordinator. Thinks he's playing well.

The Lions have many guys out today: LBs DeAndre Levy, Kyle Van Noy and Antwione Williams; DL Ezekiel Ansah, Wallace Gilberry and Tyrunn Walker; TE Eric Ebron and RT Riley Reiff. The Lions have two healthy LBs on the 53-man roster -- Tahir Whitehead and Thurston Armbrister.
