Eagles shopping Asante... Again

until they get Avril signed they can't do shit.

I was all over getting him months ago... However, the bigger picture is how will we afford re-signing Houston, Delmas, Durant, Levy, possibly Cherilus, LoJack, SLH next year when the cap isn't scheduled to change much??? sure CW, Hanson and possibly Burleson could be gone...but to many salaries scheduled to increase.
Just dont see it, were looking at some rookies, 2nd yr guys stepping up in 2013 rather than FA

First off Avrils number needs to get lower. Get a smart deal done for Avril. And they need to figure out an extension with either Stafford or Suh that lowers their numbers. Stafford will be over 20 million and Suh will be close to 20 million after the restructures this year. Not to mention any incentives they could earn. Delmas and Durant don't worry me with the markets for those positions. Delmas will be franchised. Gosder and Levy are in prove it years. They need to prove they should be re-signed still. Houston worries me given what corners got paid this offseason. Lo Jack and Sammie Lee Hill are good backups and we need them but shouldn't break the bank.

You cant take it for granted on Avril....
Delmas is our best Safety...I hope we dont have to franchise him ($6.2-2012)
Houston is our best corner.....he will get $6 Mill plus
SLH will probably get an offer from another team, He is starter material
If we dont sign either Levy or Durant...you still have to replace them. I dont see a starter on our roster at either position, nor do I see drafting anyone in the first 3 rounds, hence we will have to pay 1 or 2 FA to replace them.

Lions are very high on Kuechley....

actually the Eagles are pretty set on DE....you'd most likely have to jump the Bears.....a 3rd round pick to move up and get the best LB in the draft.

this team cant afford to trade 1st & 3rd rounders for a LB

you aren't trading a 1st rounder...lol

you're dealing a 3rd to get the best LB in the draft and pair him with Tulloch and Levy for the next 5 years.

if he fell into the 17 or 18 range IMO they should do it.

It always amazes me when people think you trade a 1st to move up a few spots. You're getting a better first for lower pick, a 3rd in this scenario and it'd be worth it. It's like when others thought the Redskins were trading 3 first rounders for the Rams pick..lol.

nonetheless, trading two of your top 3 picks for a LB isnt something I would consider

where do you get trading 2 picks...are you off the meds again ?

you're flipping 1st rounder for a better 1st round pick.

fuck you're senile
