If I already made 68 million I would work for 8 an hour.
well...if I had $68 million I would not work at all...let alone $8 per hour!

Exactly. Suh got that already. He's set for life and he plays a game for a living.
Wanting 14-16 over 11-13 million PER YEAR is just ego at this point. And the agents wanting more money for their firm.
Not if no one offered $14.
if he can get $3-$4m more per year it could allow him to retire earlier, live a better lifestyle, give more to charity, leave more for his kids & grand kids, etc...whatever he wants to do with it.
Leaving that money on the table would be dumb IMO...he only has so much time to make his money.
You don't need more than 68 million. Most players don't see that type of money. Suh is set already. He'll still get 10/12 per year which is a ton of money. You don't need 14/16 because of your ego. He's a bitch if it's about money.
So.....if Suh has made 68M.....probably 34 of that has gone to taxes. So that leaves approx. 34m left.
Another 4m to has agent. Probably about 1m to his lawyer. That leaves 29m or so. Clearly some of that has been spent......let's say 15m or so.
Now were down to 14M.
I'm not trying to defend greed.......but I 100% agree with Tom......I would make as much as I can while I'm healthy enough to do it. It's the NFL......one concussion or neck injury could end a career. I'd be pretty pissed if I would have left money on the table if that happened.
Charities, as well.
And strippers.
He can retire right now and be set with 68 million. He doesn't even need a second contract
and speeding tickets
