Ferguson, MO

Ummmm...so how do the police arrest them when they?re resisting arrest?

It's possible to still arrest someone who is resisting, hell, watch a re-run of COPS and you see it all the time.

Police carry guns to protect their own lives and the lives of others, not to shoot people in the back 7 times because they thought he might be going for a knife....wait until you see the knife and are in danger, then shoot if necessary, like this

Note how long in that video it took for the officers to shoot, and only 1 round each.

You're joking, but I'm not sure what this guy did that would warrant getting arrested in the first place. There was some kind of dispute, police showed up, and he was leaving.

he had a felony warrant on him for 3rd degree sexual assault. Based on the 911 recording, he was the reason the cops were called to the scene. The person that called said that he wasn't supposed to be on the property, which I assume means that he had a restraining order against him?

Don't disrupt the partisan divide. The only two options are to let people go or shoot them in the back 7 times.

OK, what you wrote was that the caller was uncooperative. But if the police were acting on a warrant, that would make sense.

and if you let them go, shortly after they get away, they'll seize control of the entire country, and rule America.

so really the only option is to shoot them and kill them before that happens.

somebody died when the pigs tried that approach in Detroit. Remember Malice Green?

The pigs?

Really?

I don?t remember it, but I just looked it up and I saw that the cops were convicted.

Two of the cops ended up doing time for the Rodney King event.

I thought COPS is forbidden to be shown even in reruns on any television venue, it?s like, gone with the wind.

But you could post some video clips of what you?re talking about if you can find them.

Libertarians. Always showing up with their 3rd options...

Well yeah?if beatings with billy clubs are off the table, I am going to stick with my rubber bullets to the balls option.

And again? That?s a multi racial option. Applies to non-compliant resistors of all races.

It's sexist though.

Oh you mean shoot an unarmed man because the clerk already disarmed the suspect?

He almost snached 2 guns from those cops, certain people aren't cut out to be police officers and there is an example of 3 in that scenario alone.

Let me know when the protests start cause unarmed aggressive white dude was shot by the cops.

Was shooting necessary at that point? Probably not.
Was it justified, probably.

I caught this on the Rich Eisen show right before I took my sister to the doctor.

T. J. Jefferson experience being Black in America, and being profiled by the color of his skin.. He works on Rich?s show.

So he was detained and investigated because he matched a description of someone commiting crimes on the street he was walking. Yup, common every day racism by cops there. Oh and he was let go just because he wasn't the right guy? Sounds like racism.

It sucks the guy lives in a persistant state of victimhood, but a lot of that is his mentality. It is a culture of fear that is spread throughout that community more than reality.

I somehow doubt he actually takes his wallet, and vehicle documentation and puts it in the open when he drives. Who knows maybe he does, but that sounds unlikely.

The police aren't supposed to kill people for not "following instructions." They're supposed to arrest them and let a judge or jury of their peers determine if they actually committed a crime. Police aren't hired to make those determinations (they're too dumb).

At least that was how it used to work.

This is America, not Poland. At least it was America before millions of corrupt, authoritarian-loving Poles, Ukrainians and Russians started moving here from the Eastern Bloc...

If officer dirp dirp sees the guy reach for a weapon, its a justified shoot. Yes it's awful, and it looks bad. Those two are not mutual exclusive.

There isn't enough info to determine wether it was justified or not. Like I said, the context matters.

There are also people crying about the number of shots. Officers are taught to shoot until threat is down. Keep in mind officer dirp dirp missed 3 of the 7 shots he fired.

He would probably be dead if officer dirp dirp had semi decent shooting stance.
