First Round thread

from what ive seen he doesnt look very explosive if im being honest. Hopefully they saw somethig in practice that the rest of the world couldnt. Dude didnt even start for byu lol.

He was the best DE in the draft. The coaches got a long look at him in the senior bowl - I really like the pick. He has the potential to be JPP clone

He fits right in with Detroit athletes. He already made a Super Bowl promise.

So much potential. Suh and fairley should help him until he matures.
Wouldn't that require Suh and Fairley to mature first? LOL! This organization is fuckin' cursed. They continue to find new and exciting ways to fuck up again and again.

He's accomplished nothing thus far. How can you say he's the best d end in the draft?

I've loved lots of picks that sucked over the year so hating this one might work out..

All we care about now is if he produces....not which of us thought he would suck or not.

I don't think they were ready for the tackles to go in the top four and they just picked a name out of a hat! Why would you not take Milliner or on of the top OL left and taken a DE in rd 2? DE is so deep this year. I am so pissed right now.

If there wasnt a trade option i think i would have gone Milliner there and grab a DE in rd 2 where there will still be a ton of value. Should be decent value at cb in rd 2 though too. Injury risk in Milliner could have made up their minds for them to go the other way around.
