They don't like that he played so few games. Trust me physicality and athleticism is 90% of the d end position.
It also means he doesn't have a ton of wear and tear through his college playing days.

He'll be tearing it up while staffords in a coma.

What I figured all along they were smitten with Ansah at the Senior Bowl and have been eyeing him ever since. Probably the best spot he could land with a clear lane to a starting spot, he gets to play next to Suh and Fairley, and he has one of the best D-Line coaches in the game in Washburn (even though technically hes not the D-Line coach).
Puts Rieff at LT, Fox/Hilliard at RT. If the forgo guard in round 2 or 3 they will be calling Brandon Moore and plug him in at RG.
I think signing Moore and going WR and CB or round 2 and 3 would be the best option.
No way Reiff plays RG. We'll get some guard help later in the draft or FA or trade.
No LT left. Not for 5 anyway.
meanwhile Wings are up 4-2 over Nashville at end of 2nd. looks to be a good night for Detroit!!!
Ziggy. Obvious boom or bust. Let's hope he can do something early. I still think they need to get Freeney to give him some time. I know it was pick 5 but Ziggy obviously needs some time
