I think that was just about getting extra protection. With reggie bush now, i don't think teams will be sending all 11 at stafford anymore. When he did play LT, i thought he looked good. Not sure why everyone has been so down on him.

I heard that Ansah said he did not have any contact with anyone from the Lions since the Senior Bowl.

A. That was an afternoon game, I specifically stated "night".
2. Tigers still have over 100 games to playout. Lions only get one R1 pick and Wings need to win out to make playoffs...those are just slightly more important than one Tigers game where they played well enough to go an extra inning, which is a bright spot despite giving up 5 in top of 10th.

They saw all they needed during Senior Bowl, no need to waste time when that time can be used to look at others.

Lack of experience doesn't mean he's not ready. Give him nfl coaches, two big DTs and he'll be fine. He owned the tackles at the senior bowl. He'll start game one.

As far as trading back into the 1st, the only way i see that is if Corradelle Patterson in falling and they really wanted him, outside of him I don't see it.
