Yup...because they ruled it an incomplete pass on the field they won't review then w/out a challenge. The NFL should be embarrassed about their replay system when college has been doing it correctly and quickly for a few years. At least Billick is piping up about it loudly right now.

There is too much on the line to stay with the "challenge" system. What good is that system if the refs fuck up more than 2 or 3 calls in a game?
