Game 4: Chiefs @ Lions Thread

Jesus I fucking hate the NFL. Just a freaking fair shake. Plus we have to stop giving games away. Even with these missed calls we still should have won.

I'll say this... I dont see a dominating team in the NFC this year, not even the Rams. So, someone has to be the NFC team in the SuperBowl.... why not us?

Thank you, I really needed that. Lol.

Yup NFL is still rigged for feel good stories and ratings the booth reviews only make it easier for them to control outcomes to their desired winners and losers

The NFL is for entertainment purposes only

Good: 2-1-1. Better than i thought we'd be after a rough start to the schedule. Beat 2 playoff teams.

Bad: in no way does a loss make me feel better about this team. Sure they played well at times but chalk this up to just another game we gave away. We probably all felt real good after a patriot win last year?... how'd that turn out for you? Why in gods name would you feel good about a loss at home in a game we should have easily won if your team just makes a few simple plays? Should be 4-0 but our team continues to do dumb shit every game to try to throw the game away. I won't ever feel good about a team that plays like that.

Nope but Patrick is new new face of the NFL the new golden boy

If golladay plays until the whistle blows like breeland did and tackles him on the 1 yd line.... then no one is outraged. Again it's our dumb fucking players that cause the drama... not the refs.

4th n 8.. get a stop and you win. We rushed 3 with no qb spy. Game over. Offense and defense continue to go conservative in the 4th qtr to lose us games... today it was the defenses turn.

Looks like Jacksonville and Gardner Minshew II are another protected team/player. BS roughing the passer goes their way.

I'm siding with LKP on this one. Lions played well enough to upset the Chiefs. The Zebra crew made a mistake last week that the Lions got to pay for! That's how it rolls for the Lions. Been watching this shit for 40+ years. If the Lions aren't finding ways to Lose the NFL does it for them.

Refs mess up for every team in the league. We think it's worse here but we watch them more often. This is going all over the league.. And played well enough doesn't cut it. They played well enough too. And if others really think it's the NFL's fault become better so we get the calls.

LOCKED ON DETROIT LIONS PODCAST VOLUME 650. SEPTEMBER 29. 27 minutes.
Post-Game Pod. #Lions fall short after a great effort vs KC.

Gotta get in the playoffs first. I agree with you. If we stay healthy we can definitely play with good teams....but we also play in a very tough division. Our offense was good today partially because KC?s defense is shit. Can we move the ball against Chicago and Minnesota? Can we stop GB, Dal?

If we get in we have a shot.

I'm. It sure how tough this division is this year. The Packers are a shadow of their best teams. Chicago is having issues scoring, and that looked like a separated shoulder to me. And the Vikings cant beat the Bears with a backup QB.

Unless something changes, I am not impressed.

But the refs making a mistake last week, and getting the call correct this week doesn't make it a bad call against the Lions, it means there was a bad call last week...that is all.

Hell there were guys walking off the field on both sides after that non whistle call make up call from their screw up last week and you can?t tell me he wasn?t down, there was conclusive proof in super slow mo magnification whooo wooo game of judgement calls and dumb process of a catch rules games decided on super close slow mo magnified judgement calls and balls that slightly move while falling to the ground even though the ball never touches the ground by nameless NFL booth guys backed by expert commentary guys who won?t dare disagree for the good of the game, and sheeple entertainment, works pretty good for NLF rigging operations doesn?t it..sure does perfect system for an entertainment first business model

I?ll say it again though I was proud of the lions today they damn near beat the Chiefs and roger goodells rigging operations today! That would have been one of the greatest lions wins ever, keep playing like that and maybe the NLF will decide to let us be a wild card team this year...so they can hit us again

Thr problem is it wasnt just the fumble. It was the golladay td, missed dpis, missed holds and missed face mask.

None in the lions favor
