I think he is protecting his players. Although if you watch the tape at the 8 to 10 second mark it does look like he is turning toward Jb for the handshake.

Watching the Presser Hamilton had a lot of really nice things to say about JB and Michigan and that our defense in the first half and the 14 turnovers really messed them up... Yeah he should have fouled and if he looks at the tape he will agree with us but lets let it go. He should have fouled but oh well he does have a really young team and holy crap they play defense.

Not that they (or we) should care, but I can see them being the villains of the tournament if they send the Ramblers home. Unless Duke wins it all, because everyone hates Duke.
