I am fucking sick of Trump

If you're referring to her FBI testimony, she didn't perjure herself because those politicized dimwits didn't require her to testify under oath. Her entire legacy, however, and everything she touches is complete :bs:. As bad as anything is the Platte River guys pleading the fifth in front of Congress, yesterday, to avoid having to testify about acid washing Hillary's damn private server weeks after the order to preserve evidence had been generated.

Anyone who doesn't get that she's filthy, fucking dirty is a fool. Nevertheless, she's next in line to be POTUS because the country has well and truly tipped.

Both sides are fucking nuts. Hillary on the left and the Don on the right??? We live in a country full of morons!

Hillary Clinton testifying under oath before Congress "there was nothing marked classified on my emails either sent or received." She also testified at that same hearing, still under oath, that she had turned over all of her work related emails to the State Department. Both are lies and anyone who thinks they weren't intentional is a fool. It's ridiculous that they didn't charge her because of the difficulty proving her intent to mislead. What do they need, an email stating she planned to lie to Congress?

Trump is far from the right. The other day he proposed mandatory paid maternity leave.

That was a pander move straight out of the democrat playbook. I love it! I ordinarily wouldn't but I hardly care anymore.

The thing I care most about is not seeing Clinton rewarded with the position she's been seeking her entire life after the mountain of lies, corruption and incompetence.

post 167 details her lies - the ones she told under oath constitute perjury - as well as the fact that she received, sent and maintained classified information on her private server which despite you're misinformed opinion, is a crime.

you pretend to be critical of her for minor nonsense like she lacks warmth but you defend all her misdeeds as "nothing burgers" or whatever nonsense term people use despite factual evidence to the contrary.

Post 167 was one of my posts. This "scandal" is all about making her guilty in the court of public opinion to win the election, nothing more. To electronically transmit classified information, state department employees must us a specific closed system, not their .gov email. Clinton said she viewed information in hard copy in her office and used other secure channels when she was traveling. There were many emails the FBI found that show her discussing that she couldn't email each other on certain issues and had to use a different method of communication. The amount of classified email on her private server was miniscule at best, 3 emails that she had on her server had classification markers. You can argue that she should have know that the C on the email meant classified, but regardless is this really a major campaign issue? 3 emails? It's obvious that she used appropriate channels for communication as SOS the overwhelming majority of the time.

That is a good thing right ?

No, we need to make sure that companies have the freedom to require women to go back to work out of financial desperation within a week of having a baby.

Bob what's your name for Trump again? Orange Man? it cracks me up. I remember when you used to call Boehner "tan man." He's still tan now. if you google him, you can find pics of him driving all over America in his RV.

anyways, in addition to INSTANTLY stopping ALL crime in America the second he gets into office, Trump is going to resolve paid leave issues as well. And start the wall. and get a check from Mexico for it. Because that's what the president is supposed to do. he's supposed to run the country like an Egyptian Pharaoh. and neither the separation of powers or reality can stop him.

Not sure if he says "day one" like Romney did, he was going to repeal the ACA day one. I'm sure all of those awesome fantastic things that Trump promises will be in place within a week, then he gets to work on more huge wonderful projects that will make us greater and greater and keep us winning.

Let's not forget his "fool proof" plan to defeat ISIS. I think he plans on teaming up with Putin, putting on capes and tights and becoming Batman and Robin.

Would have to be Batman and Batman. No way either of their egos concedes on being Robin.

oooh, smoking gun - failing socialist Europe mandates paid parental leave. The US is so far behind the rest of the world. So you want to make an employee's child the employer's responsibility and they should be forced to pay a benefit that they get 0 return from. That makes loads of sense - you know, she entered into a voluntary agreement with her employer and her employer was forced to pay her an above market wage, health care benefits and birth control (which she apparently wasn't thankful enough to actually use) because she has needs. And now her needs have changed so now her boss is on the hook for her wages while she stays home and produces nothing for him or her. That about sum it up?

Edit: looking forward to your response where you say I always come out on the selfish side when you're the one who wants to confiscate someone else's money and give it to someone who has done nothing in return for it.

no, mandating paid maternity leave like mandating any other non-monetary form of compensation between an employee and employer is not a good thing. It's fine if an employer and employee enter into a mutually agreed upon, negotiated arrangement but otherwise, it's not.

sorry, post 166. and it's about indicting her for crimes she committed, not about making people think she's guilty. Among other lies, Clinton said under oath she never sent or received anything marked classified information. Further, she took actions to make sure work related emails weren't turned over and weren't recoverable AFTER she was told to preserve the information on her private server. If you think that's OK, it can only be because you're a sycophant, willing to believe every lie she tells including the lies she tells after the original lies are proved to be lies. How can you possibly say it was at max 3 emails when we know for certain she never turned over work related documents and emails - potentially numbering in the thousands? But you're confident it was only 3 because a pathological liar tells you so.

his plan is less than ideal, as it turns out. skip the parts of the article on Ivanka and Cosmo to get to the analysis of Trump's proposal.

huh. and that makes sense, since the average waitress, McDonald's burger flipper, or sales clerk at Gap can afford to hire a compensation consultant, and attorney to negotiate a paid maternity deal on their behalf, and not to mention the adequate leverage to get their much larger and more powerful employer to even agree to negotiate with them in the first place. your proposal will certainly deliver a fair result for lower income parents and their children.

that MBA you got from UChicago was worth every penny. it really gave you an good foundation in reality.

Lower wage earners always get fucked. It's the nature of the all mighty corporate beast to maximize profits at the expense of the workers at all cost.

" Jenny its friday pop that kid out and see you on Tuesday."

so "mom & pop" employers don't fuck over their lower wage employees?
