Get StartedMathis and Tullcoh and Ihedigbo didn't win their matchups. but they have talent and can win in Week 2 and beyond
The clock strikes midnight on 30 year olds in the NFL pretty quick...they are all being fitted for glass slippers right about now.

You are overreacting. Mathis did well at 33 and 34. He can rebound. Overall he can do well, one game does not define him.
And Tulloch would be more injury related if anything. Which is bullshit

theres a lot more than 3 ppl that didn't win their match ups. When practically your entire team didn't win their match ups....you didn't have a good game. When you continue to not have good games....youre not a very good team. We will see if that's the case.
The Dline won their matchups. Rivers pressured as much as Stafford. Then SD switched to short passing game. Slay, Quin and Bynes won thier matchups.
Oline struggled with pressure missing the entire right side. Laken did some good things but is a rookie. Lucas struggled too.
Calvin and Tate didn't win their matchups enough.
It was one game. We aren't continuing to not win matchups.
You are overreacting. Which is expected from a Lions hater like yourself.
rivers threw for 400+ yards...the dline didn't do shit. They had a good 1st qtr then fizzled away into nothingness.
Correct the oline struggled....but it wasn't just the right side. Reiff got Stafford killed atleast twice.

Credits Walker with 1 Hurry. Again you must be using some very subjective stats to justify the point you are making.
Ok, so PFF is good in this, because it agrees with the point you wish to make. Gotcha. I'm not sure the NFL uses PFF, PFF doesn't even offer premium stat subscription anymore. Most not be worth it.
Here is what PFF said about the Lions:
The offense should be better this year than last, assuming WR Calvin Johnson (89.2) can stay healthy. The main thing holding the team back is QB Matthew Stafford (74.3), and having only a few Pro Bowl-caliber players. There were only four games last year where Stafford had an above-average PFF grade for a quarterback. The results for this team should be similar to last year unless Stafford steps up: a wild card spot and probably an early playoff exit.
I've said many times they are good at everything BUT QBs. QB is way too complicated for this kind of judging.
Stafford had some bad luck in the injury department and was in the first year of a scheme.
He looked good on Sunday and moved the ball. The picks were due to pressure. 28 PPG. Keep it up.
Is that what the 19 NFL teams told you. They look at it for everything but the QB from PFF?
So PFF knows what everyone job is on the entire field, know the play call, know the protection but can't comprehend what the most important position on the field does? That is a huge red flag if they don't have the ability or brains to grade the most important and most visible person on the field.
If that is true, PFF is the biggest joke site in the world.
