Lions pick up Ebron's fifth year option

Called on plenty on offense. Ebron opi cost us titans game.

Run game, penatlies, ref, riddick injury, abdullah injury, stafford finger injury, constant long drives needed.

Stafford is mvp and lions loaded with weapons

Should have been 80 penalties on detroit not 107. And about 150 on lions opponents not only 128

2 on back to back plays alone titans game. Ebron opi on a td. Bullshit. Hold by laken on a td. Bullshit

Opi on tate week 17 on huge first down into rz. Had to settle for fg. Bullshit call conpared to jordy opi on every play nelson

3. Already proved brewer wrong. Settled for fgs in huge games

Pick by hyde in week 17 was dpi by them in rz not called

That's a lot of blocked post in a row. I think we broke LKP.

LOL and I have Tony blocked, so I saw the 8 posts, your post, and then the Tony blocked one.

900 yards yes. Lions just have way way too many weapons to spread around. And I think I had 900 and 7 in this thread before

Lions fans could only wish what mattered was what you put into threads and not how they actually play.

Wed have multiple super bowls this decade, Broyles would be in the hall of fame, Best would still have a brain, and our defense would actually be good.

unfortuantely none of that is true.....cause we live in real life not this weird LKP fantasy world.

If Broyles is in the LKP HoF, Ebron's gotta be potentially a top 5 player of all time, no?

Using Eric Ebron?s 5th-year option is the right move for the Lions.
Consider the alternatives. He is totally worth it.

This article makes one great point... the 5th year option does not become guaranteed until March, meaning you can still cut the guy after exercising the option and take no cap hit for it.

So you take the option, and if he plays like ass... good bye. If not, you have him for another year.

The "no risk" of it makes it 100% intelligent.

Yeah, the only risk we have with Ebron is throwing him the ball.

Good point.

Note to self: Read the darn article.

Ebron is too good to let walk. Just scratching the surface

30 percent from a lot for Ebron. 29th for tes. 8th best receiving te in yards. What a stud. Now he gets more slot time. Can't wait. 900 yards and 6 tds incoming
