Are you shitting me???!
What about a 1-6 team says "Hey, we should promote someone"??
Unreal!

Get StartedModkins promoted to run game coordinator again. He did this in 2013 and then got demoted. That was dumb after what we did in 2013
Doesn't really make a difference. I could be the run game coordinator for all the difference it makes.
"Ameer, I need you to not fumble. FUCK! WHAT DID I JUST SAY?!"
"Joique, we need positive yards now... do you hear me? Positive yards. FUCK! WHAT DID I JUST SAY?!"
"Theo, you're performing well, just try to keep doing what you do and don't get injured. FUCK! WHAT DID I JUST SAY?!"
... does anyone really think our running game is going to improve no matter who the coordinator is?
You get handed the ball, you try to take it forward. It's a shiny title, and not much more.
There is more to it than that. It takes some coordinating to figure out who to block. Modkins did well in 2013 with Bush and Bell. Abdullah and Bell hopefully do better. Bell healthier might help. We'll see what happens.
I'm kind of impressed that Caldwell had the balls to pull the trigger right before the London game. Don't teams usually wait until the bye week for a move this big? Ballsy.

This isn't going to fix a thing. Just needed a scapegoat for the happenings so far.
The team is fractured.
Fucking great...now they will win their way into a 15-20 draft position and fuck everything up for the next coach. Should have just let things stay as they were, get the #1 pick and reset with entire new staff. But nooooooo...fire them now so team will win. Fucking pathetic.
Unless the new guys continue to embrace the suck, then I'm good with it.
Pretty sure it wasn't Caldwell.. especially when he said earlier in the day "no changes."
