Just an aside...CJ Mosley's contract is up next year too along with Suh and Fairley. Hopefully Jason Jones can play nose and tackle and end all at the same time. Although I'm not sure 2 pressures in the last three years is considered playing end.

youre over hyping swanson. Youre underevaluating Martin. Typical from your arguments. Martin would easily start over an aging, injured Jones. Especially if the new regime is looking for speed to the qb...something jones does not have. The best spot for Jones is Fairleys spot on passing downs when fairley is too tired from being fat to be out there.

i wouldn't say joke. Id say hes a dt that isn't a very good DE and has never had any sort of production to get excited about...If hes healthy all year and puts up 10 sacks it would be a miracle. And don't tell me its not all about sacks....if suh is going to get paid like hes the best dt in the world....then SOMEONE should be getting production from it. If you say suh isn't going to get it cause he doubled on everyplay than I can respect that....but im also not being unreasonable when I should expect someone else to pick up the slack. Ansah with 8 sacks and Jones with 4 isn't going to cut it....

you guys defending suh cant have it both ways...if he truly is doing the job you guys say hes doing....someone needs to be producing.

That's 42 sacks. Plenty of sacks for a defense. Lions have alot of sack potential talent they can spread it out. Allen can have 15 sacks but if the other guys get less it's still the same amount of sacks in total.
