Rich Rod 2008-10..............11 losses by 17+.
Brady Hoke 2011-14............5 losses by 17+.
Jim Harbaugh 2015-19.........5 losses by 17+.


Jim also has three losses in the last five games by 21+ points. Am I safe to say if this does not get turned around we will probably have a new coach next season?

I guess it depends on what ?turned around? means and/or doesn?t mean.

They’re not going to fire him before next year. You just don’t throw out your golden boy. They will work with him.

I don't see any way he's gone before his contract is up unless he makes that decision. Unless they completely tank, which I don't think they will do because of their talent alone, he's not getting fired.

Why would we want a 65 year old coach?

Brent Venables would be an option for improvement. Not sure what he would think about leaving Clemson.

Not excusing 21+ point losses but for one of those 3 - the bowl game - wasn't it was basically your second string defense w/ all the injuries and opt-outs?

Take it w/ a grain of salt - his former assistant and HC of the dumpster fire that is Stanford football, David Shaw is given 2nd best odds.

Ditto. And my prediction is that he and the team circle the wagons and respond well. Something has changed with Harbaugh but I have to think the competitive fire is still there.

Same here. I'd rather see JH for another year and see if he improves or there's a better option than have at least 3 more years of the wrong guy.

If Harbaugh just gets back to the Harbaugh from year 1 he will be fine. I don't know where his passion went but I can't stand the macabre version of JH.
