It?s like the guy isn?t paying attention on the sidelines then suddenly realizes there?s a game going on and he needs to do something. Then with the look of a deer in the headlights he calls a timeout he shouldn?t or doesn?t call one he should.

While he has done a good job there personally I?d rather take our lumps for a year and hold out for a better candidate November or December 2020 when most normal programs/coaches decide to move on and look for a new coach.

I’m just not sure. If MSU names a interim coach don't you lose almost 1-2 more years of recruiting. Hard to get guys to commit with a 1 year coach.

Maybe. But I think as Michchamp pointed out with a bad rushed hire you could compound your problem for another 3-4 years or more
