Why would you take the chance to throw it 10 times to go 60 yards and fall short of the goaline when mahomes and goff throw it 5 times to go 75 yards and score a td on alot of drives? Its actually riskier to throw it short more often nowadays imo. More chance for holding, deflections, sacks... something will go wrong. The only time our offense looks good is when we're down 10 and we open it up.

21 points a game through four games . Stafford biggest issue other then the overthrows is a great Offensive Coordinator. If Matt had McVay the Rams would still be
4-0, and Matt would have just as good of numbers as Goff. We all should be tired of this offense that should be out scoring teams like the Jets, and 49ers. We know the defense stinks and until it does not Please jBc step up and help your team get a lead.

Not a chance. For one he's a coach now not a OC. Through the season the OC works with the QB not the HC. Maybe Borus should get credit for Goff.

85 qbr vs a 50 qbr is kinda tough to compare on any offense... its just not close right now. Stafford is back to playing at a top 20 level.... says his stat line. Not me... his play.
 
Comparing Goff and Mahomes to Stafford is a fucking joke. Goff is 3 yrs in, terrible rookie yr, great 2nd and possibly 3rd yr. Mahomes is 4 games deep and already considered a god lol. Stafford has carried this shit storm of a team for yrs.
Don't get me wrong, Goff and Mahomes sure look the part but Stafford is the man too.
 
We always pick out QB's that won't take a team to the promise land. Matt is on that list. It's not just Matt but he's a hindrance at times and he's nothing special.

They are all QBs in the NFL, it is very fair to compare them. So far this season those two have vastly outperformed Stafford, just go look at some of the throws Goff made. They've both made throws Stafford has missed this year.

Its the our defense, it's our OC, it's our OL/RB - It's our new coach, Its Quinn, it's bad drafting - the referees, the weather - injuries, the K. It's not Matt.

All im doing is comparing ratings. ..not neccesarily the players themselves. You cant have a QBR of fucking 50 and think youre a top guy in this league. You cant have a qbr of 50 and blame the defense. You cant have a run game that averages almost 5 yards per carry and blame the run game.

Remember when we had the best defense in the NFL and we blamed the weapons
Remember when we had the weapons and we blamed the defense
Remember when we had the 1k yd rusher and we blamed the sun, wind and kickers.
Now Cooter is the scapegoat somehow eventhough they will both tell you that they created the offense together and Stafford is the moron at the line making all the calls.

Whats the common denominator?...at some point you need to come to the conclusion that Stafford isnt winning shit.

Ok dude lol. You'll never get it. Stafford is a great QB. For sure he shoulders some of the blame for being a bad team but he's NOT the problem on this team

Did I? I said he's part of it, all deserve blame. But Matt's not the guy to overcome mistakes by the other parts of the team like other vet QB.
