Seriously bro? You're going to predict a win total based on the draft? Come on, you're gonna make all us in the Zona look bad. They'll think we got heat stroke early this year, hahah.

The schedule plays a role. How many you think we're winning?

10 wins floor before the draft. 11 or 12 most probable

Giants, skins, dallas, denver, oakland, chargers, bucs, arizona didnt do enough to beat us

3-3 in division

Who'd we trade for that gets us 12 wins? Tom Brady and the Bears defense?

Texans have parted ways with national scout Frantzy Jourdain, who was in his third year with team after 13 years with the #Patriots.

Way too early to tell. Lots of new faces, new offensive coordinator, no JBC... No way for me to even guess right now.

I worry about the 25th rated offense from last season. Not sure they improved enough to get by the high scoring teams. I still say the offensive woes were as much, maybe more Matty S. than JBC.

I think JBC and Stafford were the two biggest problems. We could argue who is more to blame but I think the consensus would be they were the main reasons.

Now we find out if JBC was the REAL problem. I'm sure Stafford slappies will jump on Bevell at their earliest convenience if shit goes south. But the run game has started to emerge. The WR core is solid, if not above average. Offensive line is more than serviceable and we just invested heavily at Tight End. This is Stafford's last stand. Outside of a silly amount of injuries, the time for excuses ends in 2019.

I remember when JBC was getting praise after the previous guy was gone but then we know how that worked out. Slappies go both ways i.e. he starts well. I know this forum will disagree but Matt Stafford is not a good QB. And I still insist JBC went down to Matt's level. He saw what he could and couldn't do so he changed his game plan.

I think the offense will be better, maybe not point-wise, but in time of possession and drive success (less 3 and outs). I can see this team slowly wearing out opposing defenses while keeping our D fresh.

I don?t think Bevell is some offensive guru, but I actually see a plan coming together with coaching and front office on the same page. For once I think the Lions actually know what they?re doing, just a matter of whether it works out or not.
